Privacy notice

From the application: business legal name and DBA, EIN, industry, address, time in business, monthly deposit volume, existing advances, and the funding amount you are asking for. From you as an owner: name, email, mobile number, home address, date of birth, ownership percentage, and Social Security number.

From your bank: three months of business bank statements, either uploaded by you or retrieved when you connect the account. We read deposits, balances, negative days and existing remittances.

When you check your rate we perform a soft inquiry. A soft inquiry is not visible to other lenders reviewing your file and does not affect your credit score. We do not make a hard bureau call to give you a rate.

If a funder later requires a hard inquiry to issue final contracts, we tell you before it happens and you choose whether to proceed.

The SSN is used to verify identity and for the soft pull. It is stored redacted in our system of record, so the desk your file sits in shows only the last-four masked form rather than the full number.

To shop your file we send your application and statements to funding partners who may purchase your receivables. We share only what a funder needs to underwrite, and we tell you which brand your file goes out under.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with unrelated marketers.

By giving us a mobile number and submitting an application you agree that we may contact you about that application by call and by text, including with an autodialer. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with the status of your file.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not withdraw your application. Consent to texts is not a condition of receiving funding.

We retain application files and statements for as long as needed to service the relationship and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then dispose of them securely.
